Local delivery is within 1 to 3 working days. International delivery will take 3 - 5 working days. An automated shipment notification will be sent to you once your order ships.
3. Oops! The item I received is faulty!
We apologize profusely for this blunder and we hope it doesn’t deter you from making future purchases. If a faulty item is sent to you, please let us know within 14 days of the receipt date.
Take a photo of your item (the part that is faulty) and include a short description along with your order ID and send to email@example.com We will exchange your item for a new one. Items must be unused and in its original condition to be eligible for a return.
4. I received an incorrect item.
Do let us know immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org com along with your order ID and we’ll get it sorted out for you.
5. An item is missing from my order.
Oh no! But not to worry! Send an email to email@example.com with your order ID and we’ll have it shipped out to you ASAP!
6. Can I return my purchase?
Not satisfied with what you received? We have a 14 days refund policy. Kindly inform us about the return at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days otherwise your request will not be processed. You will have to bear the shipping charges for shipping the item(s) back to us during the return process. Please allow 14 days days for the refund to be completed. Refund will be based on the actual amount paid.
